Girl, so do I. I’ve spent YEARS feeling like I was the only adult in the room who couldn’t manage daily living or work responsibilities…because I got paralysed by the sense of enormity of what’s left to be done. 

But it turns out, after connecting to so many of you through dwtylife, I am not alone in this experience - there’s a whole COMMUNITY of us struggling with this sense of pressure and overwhelm. 

Something needs to change…and let me tell you for a fact you do NOT need to just ‘do more’ or ‘push harder’, I spent too many years doing this to no avail. I can tell you for certain you’ll break yourself with stress and unwellness with that constant pushing babygirl…and thankfully I’ve discovered it’s not the only way.
