Hear from Sian:
I believe that yoga is for everyday, ordinary people - and that we can all find something extraordinary within ourself when we roll out our mat. Dwtylife yoga is my own carefully curated approach to learning the science and beauty of yoga; bringing together ancient wisdom and philosophies alongside modern science…all whilst staying connected to what feels GOOD in our body.
