Dwtylife yoga is my own carefully curated approach to teaching; marrying the ancient wisdoms of traditional yoga alongside everything I know about living joyfully in our modern-day lives.
Dwtylife yoga is a space for you to enjoy the physical practice, harness the science of proper breathing, as well as tapping into the magic of meditation and deeper relaxation.
The result? A space for you to delve into the core of what yoga really is: a deeper connection to your self, the people you love and the wider world around you.

Taught from the beautiful Garden Room studio, Harmer Hill, SY4.

Dwtylife’s monthly hatha yoga practice, running the last Friday of every month, 6:30-8:30PM.
An indulgent evening of slower, soothing movement, peaceful meditations and supported relaxation. Followed by gentle introspection, private journalling and tea & biscuits.
